The commercial real estate strategy was launched in 2020 to take advantage of the dislocations and structural inefficiencies in the commercial real estate securities market. We believe the best way to take advantage of these multiyear opportunities is through a combination of public and private real estate debt and equity securities.

The strategy seeks to invest in undervalued securities primarily across the CMBS and REIT equity space but may also invest in other areas of the CRE securities market.
